Additional agreement with MCC under Loan Guarantee Facility

EIF has signed a new agreement under the MAP Loan Guarantee Facility with the Italian credit institution, MCC, which manages the national public guarantee scheme for SMEs in Italy. EIF already had signed an agreement with MCC under the SME Guarantee Facility within the Growth & Employment Initiative, which was the predecessor of the MAP Loan Guarantee Facility. The success of the scheme for MCC, in terms of the increase in its guarantee volumes, is the reason for this second commitment by the EIF.
