Guide for the procurement of services, supplies and works by EIF for its own account

The EIF Procurement Guide for Procurement of services, supplies and works was approved by the EIF Board of Directors on 14 June 2017. This Guide reflects the principles and procedures of the Directive 2014/24/EU on public procurement which repeals Directive 2004/18/EC and is in line with the EIB Guide for Procurement. The purpose of this Procurement Guide is to set out the procedures to be followed by the European Investment Fund when procuring services, supplies and works.
