Nikoleta’s Sweet Creations: turning passion into a thriving business

What started as a home-based passion for pastry turned into a successful patisserie in Glykorizo, Greece. With demand growing, Nikoleta Dala took a bold step to open her own shop, despite initial doubts from her family.
Backed by an EU-guaranteed loan through the EIF, she was able to renovate and fully equip her bakery, launching just in time for the festive season.
Now, with a loyal customer base and strong online presence, Nikoleta’s dedication to fresh, handcrafted pastries has made her a standout in the local market.
