Guidelines for the assessment of research entities, applicants and research proposals

The EIF may grant access to confidential data for scientific purposes provided that such access is requested by a research entity recognised by the European Commission (Eurostat). This document provides further definitions and outlines a four-step approach to accessing EIF microdata in a transparent and non-discriminatory way, subject to additional criteria set out in the guidelines.
